BACOLOD City – Charged with five counts of estafa, a woman was apprehended in Barangay 40.
Grethel Caban, 32, was a resident of the village, a police report showed.
Armed with a warrant of arrest, officers of Police Station 6 carried out Caban’s apprehension around 12:40 p.m. on Jan.27.
Judge Ray Allan Drilon of the Regional Trial Court Branch 41 issued the warrant.
She recommended a P16,000 each case for Caban’s temporary liberty.
It was still unclear as of this writing if the suspect posted bail./PN
