ILOILO City – The Regional Trial Court in Roxas City ordered the arrest of a woman charged with libel.
Charla Alba of Barangay Lawa-an, Roxas City was detained at the city police lockup cell around 3:02 p.m. on Nov. 11.
Judge Alma Delfin issued the arrest warrant.
As of this writing, it was unclear if Alba was able to post bail that the court set at P24,000./PN
