BACOLOD City – A woman was found dead at Bugalo Creek in Barangay 1, Isabela, Negros Occidental.
She was 38-year-old Ma. Teresa Orias of Barangay Camangcamang, Isabela, a police report showed.
The 43-year-old Cesar Montisa Garde reported the incident to the police when he saw Orias around 1:30 p.m. on July 17.
Village watchman Reynaldo Bermejo said he saw Orias at around 8 a.m. picking up debris at the overflow of the creek.
Orias was taken by the current and drowned, police said.
Police considered no foul play in the incident./PN
