BACOLOD City – Around 32 liters of petroleum products illegally sold were confiscated in San Enrique, Negros Occidental.
The 42-year-old vendor, Carmela Tumlad, a resident of the place, was arrested around 5 p.m. on April 12 in the town’s Barangay Tabao Baybay.
Several soft drink bottles containing gasoline were recovered.
Police said the seized petroleum products were valued at P2,080.
Tumlad was taken to the San Enrique Municipal Police Station. She faces a charge for violation of Presidential Decree 1865./PN
