BACOLOD City – For allegedly stealing underwear at a mall, a woman was arrested in Barangay 12.
The 19-year-old Juliet Elisan was caught stealing a pack of hipster panty worth P1,695, police said.
Mall personnel Lorylie Villaseñor and Anita Neron nabbed her around 9 p.m. on Sunday.
Elisan was brought to Police Station 1 for proper disposition./PN
