ILOILO City – A 31-year-old woman was robbed on Jalandoni Street, City Proper.
Julie Marie Billeza of Brgy. San Rafael, Mandurriao district reported to Police Precinct 1 that she was walking when a man she could not identify suddenly declared a holdup.
The robber had a knife. He fled with Billeza’s bag.
The victim said the bag contained documents and an undetermined amount of cash.
Bystanders tried to run after the robber after Billeza cried for help but they failed to catch him./PN
