CAPIZ – A 38-year-old woman landed in the hospital after she was shot by an unidentified gunman inside her house in Barangay Binuntucan, Pontevedra town.
Authorities said Christina Bigcas sustained a gunshot wound on her shoulder. She was brought to Bailan District Hospital.
According to the Pontevedra Municipal Police Station (MPS), Bigcas and her two friends were having a drinking binge inside her house when they suddenly heard a gunshot around 9:07 p.m. on Saturday, July 27, hitting the victim’s shoulder.
The Pontevedra MPS was still investigating the shooting incident as of this writing./PN
