Police Brigadier General Flynn Dongbo, Western Visayas police director, attributed the reduction in crimes across the region to the regular conduct of Enhanced Managing Police Operations of all police units, support of local government units, barangay officials, force multipliers and Philippine National Police advocacy support groups.
