ILOILO – Western Visayas’ No. 8 most wanted person charged with murder was arrested in Sitio Tagaytay, Barangay Camalanda-an, Cauayan, Negros Occidental.
The 27-year-old Rolly Alvarez Gutang of Sitio Lupni, Barangay Hilamonan, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental was served with an arrest warrant on Tuesday afternoon, Aug. 1.
Judge Rodney Zamora Magbanua of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 61 in Kabankalan City issued the arrest warrant just this July 18 with no bail recommended.
The suspect is now in the custody of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group – Negros Occidental./PN
