ILOILO City – A 21-year-old construction worker was found dead hanging from under a huge water tank at the compound of the Department Public Works and Highways Region 6 in Barangay Parola, City Proper early morning yesterday.
Randy Pamisan was a resident of Barangay Sianon, Badiangan, Iloilo.
A colleague, Aimar Caramihan, 21, discovered Pamisan’s body around 6 a.m.
Around Pamisan’s neck was a rope.
Investigation is ongoing. Policemen have not ruled out suicide or murder./PN
