De Dios paid a courtesy call to Malay acting vice mayor Niño Carlos Cawaling and the Sangguniang Bayan members on March 4.
He promised to raise the level of police service through increased visibility on streets and strategic areas.
He also called on stakeholders to support law enforcement and public safety officers as they implement community policing programs.
