ILOILO City – Police seized 14 sachets of suspected shabu jammed in pandesal breads in a buy-bust operation in La Paz district.
The prohibited substance valued at around P100,000 were confiscated from suspects security guard Daniel Amoroso of Barangay Legaspi dela Rama and friend, Keith Oliver Estoque of Barangay Rizal Pala-Pala, City Proper.
Prior to their apprehension on Feb. 18, the two allegedly sold a sachet of illegal drugs to an undercover cop for P17,000.
The suspects were taken to the La Paz police station where they were detained. Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against them./PN
