BACOLOD City – An elderly woman crossing the street was hit by a speeding Toyota sedan in Barangay Alijis.
Oliva Porceso, 69, died of fatal injuries.
According to the police, the accident happened around 4:35 a.m. on June 12. The car did not stop.
The family of Porceso is appealing to the driver to surface and take responsibility for the accident./PN
